Ajax

Ajax is a great suburban city with excellent parks and recreation centres. Located just two cities over from Toronto, Ajax is home to many people who like the proximity to it's Durham region suburban neighbours as well as a short commute to the Toronto highway networks. 

There are a variety of different type homes in Ajax that range from Condo buildings and towns to freehold towns, semis and detached homes. North Ajax has certainly seen some great expansion in recent years adding tons of townhome, semi and detached homes to the city that are family oriented and planned around small community centres and/or parks.
