Bowmanville

Bowmanville, one of the towns considered part of the greater Clarington area, is a unique little city that has seen an immense amount of growth over the past few years but has managed to keep its small town charm along the town's main street and through its various community festivals and events. 

Bowmanville can be separated into three neighbourhoods at large, although truly the town has pockets that change its character and architecture from one street to the next. Just north of Bowmanville's main st is the town's historic centre with some absolutely gorgeous Victorian style homes nestled on huge lots and tree lined streets. 

You'll find the bulk of Bowmanville's newest built homes to the north of the City with neighbourhoods not yet constructed but in the works. Bowmanville has everything from quaint little bungalows to monster mansions, perfect starter family homes and dwellings on large plots of land surrounded by nature.
