CityPlace is the neighbourhood that is based primarily between the streets of Spadina & Bathurst along Fort York Blvd. There are however a handful of buildings situated just east of these boundaries, built by the same developer who made the the majority of the CityPlace condos (Concord) that are often considered part of CityPlace as well.
CityPlace has a diverse demographic and reflects what you expect for a downtown Toronto condo centric/dense population. Built between 2005 and 2023, there are many towers that make up the neighbourhood but there is also an elementary school, library, community centre, park, and is situated between two major TTC streetcar lines.
