Who doesn't like living by the water? Toronto's waterfront community has changed over the years and will continue to do so for years to come. Because the waterfront has been developed over the past few decades there is literally something for everyone when it comes to condos on the waterfront. From condo towns, to expansive low rise condos and brand new condos with top of the line amenities. 

Access the Toronto Islands via ferry at the base of Bay St or grab a water taxi along the boardwalk between Yonge and Spadina. There are a few different grocery store options that are within walking distance to most waterfront condos. The area is also quite accessible with regards to transit with the Lake Shore streetcar that runs between Yonge & Spadina, access to the Gardiner Expressway, pedestrian walk ways in the PATH, designated biking lanes at the harbour and Union Station for subway access just north of the overpass,.
