I made the switch to a 100% electric vehicle in 2021. I had ran my little VW Jetta up to almost 250k kilometres and the thought of an electric car had always intrigued me. I took the plunge in the summer of 2021 to buy a Polestar 2. I've not only enjoyed the design and handling of this beautiful car but in emerging myself in the EV community it also gave me a greater understanding and opportunity to change my lifestyle for a more sustainable one. 

I'm hoping my personal carbon footprint has shrunk even just a little bit. Among other sustainable/green personal practices, my commitment to making the world a greener place is to do so directly through my line of work. From this moment forward (July 2022), 

I am committing to gifting each one of my clients (buyer or seller who purchase a freehold home over 1M) a FREE car charging station. I've partnered with United Chargers Inc to bring all of my clients a Grizzl-E Classic Level 2 charger and recommendations for the appropriate installation. Not only will this bring value to the sale or purchase of their home but it will also give home owners across the GTA the confidence to go green.

I am also working on a take-home book for clients that close on a freehold home on steps they can take to make their home more energy efficient or move to towards a net-zero home.
